Health, Food & Fitness: Is It a Trend?
Nutrition and exercise are essential to me. I grew up in a family with strong rules about what to eat and how to keep healthy. Ever since I´ve become a vegetarian, I pay more attention to what I eat, how I cook food, and how food influences my body's strength. It is a trend though, influencing and being influenced. Social Media changed the way people think about food and exercise, they changed our habits because we are ready to change.

I work as a Sales Manager for a Science-Engineering company (METER Group) responsible for the Italian Market.
What's That One Thing You Do Or Food You Eat To Make You Feel Better During A Working Day?
I follow a daily early-morning-yoga routine and I drink a powerful-smoothie. I try to have a different ingredient in my smoothie depending on how I feel.
Do You Take Any Vitamins/Supplements/SuperFoods? Any Favourite?
I can't live without my Magnesium-Potassium-Citrate. I also take Agnus Castus (Monk´s pepper) daily. It helps me regulate my menstrual cycle and PMS symptoms. And Vitamin D during winter.
What's Your Fitness/Training Routine? How Many Days/Week Do You Exercise?
I have started practicing Vinyasa Yoga in January (2018). I was always into sports but I've never been a very "athletic person". I dislike the type of competition in sports teams and gyms. With yoga is different, there's no competition. The only goal in my daily practice is to find myself, understand my fears and limits, and focus on my strengths. I try to exercise an hour per day, every day. It positively influences my mind, body, and attitude.
